KIPON Baveyes P67-GFX 0.62x M is specially designed for Pentax 60x70 lenses, allowing P67 lenses to be mounted onto Fujifilm GFX cameras with 44x33 sensor. The built-in 0.62x optical system is perfectly matched to the image field of the P67 lens, eliminating any image loss caused by the crop factor and maintaining the diagonal field of view without vignetting. This adapter is eqquied with a macro function.
P67-GFX 0.62x M was jointly developed by KIPON and the M8 team. This excellent optic system was designed by Iain Neil, "an optic designer for Hollywood" who has won 13 times Academy Award®.
1.5 stop brighter
By reducing the focal length of the lens, P67-GFX 0.62x M increases light transmission, effectively increasing the aperture. The depth of field is more blurred.
0.62x wider
P67-GFX 0.62x reduces the focal length by 0.62, the effective length becomes shorter so that the shooting range is larger. It allows the Pentax 67 lens view angle to be restored perfectly on the camera sensor.
Macro function
The built-in helicoid system can be adjusted to shorten the minimum focusing distance of a lens and achieve greater reproduction ratios for closing-up shooting. When the helicoid is in its original position, the infinity focus function will work as usual.
