Shipping & Delivery 

​Order Processing:

Please allow 2 working days for our team to process your order. You will receive a notification as soon as your gear is ready for dispatch.

Standard Delivery:

Once processed, our standard delivery time is 5–7 working days. We use tracked services to ensure your items arrive safely.

Backorders & Special Orders:

As the official distributor, we provide access to the full KIPON catalog. Some specialized items may be placed on Backorder. If your item is on backorder:

  • We will email you personally within 24 hours to confirm the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).

  • To make up for the wait, these orders are automatically upgraded to Next-Day Delivery the moment they arrive at our UK hub.

 

Urgent Orders:

Have a deadline or an upcoming shoot? If you need your order urgently, please contact Us directly before placing your order. We will do our absolute best to find a priority solution for you.

Shipping Rates:

We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of £8.00 on all orders within the UK.

Secure Delivery & Signatures

To ensure your precision optics arrive safely, we utilize tracked and insured services for the majority of our deliveries. Most shipments will require a signature upon arrival.

We kindly ask that you ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If you are unable to be home, please use the courier’s "In-Flight" options (available via your tracking link) to redirect the item to a trusted neighbor or a local pickup point. We recommend avoiding "Safeplace" drop-offs for high-value items to ensure they stay in safe hands.

Return 

We provide 14-day return policy for products sold.

 

Full refund of the purchase (excluding the shipping expense) can be applicable under the following circumstances;

-All accessories must be unused; all accessory packages must be unopened.

-All items must be intact and undamaged (except for defects in manufacturing).

 

If you need return, please check twice to confirm the item is not work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.
