Once your order is placed, please allow up to 2 working days for processing. Shipping will commence once the order is processed. The total lead time can be up to 5 working days.

Shipping costs will be calculated and charged at checkout.

We provide 14-day return policy for products sold. Full refund of the purchase (excluding the shipping expense) can be applicable under the following circumstances;

All accessories must be unused; all accessory packages must be unopened.

All items must be intact and undamaged (except for defects in manufacturing).

If you need return, please check twice to confirm the item is not work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation. The get a unique address for return.

We can't recieve the packages if buyer return by yourselves according to the address on shipping package. We don't solve such case and buyer should responsible for the consequences.

We ONLY accepet the return for original package. Please make sure the item have NO man-made sabotage.
