KIPON M645-S/E ES 0.7x adapter is an electronic adapter that allows Mamiya/Phase One/Schneider brand Mamiya 645 mount lenses to be mounted onto Sony E camera bodies.

One stop righter

By reducing the focal length of the lens, M645-S/E ES 0.7x increases light transmission, effectively increasing the aperture. For example, an F2.8 lens turns to F2.0. The depth of field is more blurred.

0.7x wider

M645-S/E ES 0.7x reduces the focal length by 0.7, the effective focal length becomes shorter so that the shooting range is larger. It allows the medium format lens view angle to be restored on the full frame camera sensor.

Electronic aperture

M645-S/E ES 0.7x is equipped with electronic contacts and circuit board with chip, which allows you to control the lens aperture with the camera body. There's a USB port on the adapter for firmware update. Please note the adapter doesn't feature autofocus.
