KIPON  PL-S/E M PRO lock version  is designed for the Sony E mount camera, allowing PL mount lenses to be mounted onto Sony E mount Mirrorless camera bodies.
 
This is a special macro adapter can fix the position when do macro shooting through a small red knob on the adapter
 
This adapter is specifically designed to support macro mode. The helicoid can be turned to further focus the lens. Please note that once the helicoid is adjusted out of its original position, infinity focus will no longer be available. When the adapter is in its original position, the infinity focus function will continue to work as usual.
 
With KIPON PL-S/E M PRO lock version, although the lens will fit physically, automatic diaphragm, auto-focusing, and other functions will not work, only manual model will be available.
